Well done to all our pupils, parents and staff who participated in the Amber Flag Initiative at Daingean NS for the 2022/23 school year. This flag recognises our efforts to Promote Positive Mental Health throughout our school community. Throughout the year we held many events such as A Bake Sale, Grandparents Day, A Pyjama and Popcorn Party, An Inclusion Day and A Christmas Food Appeal for 2 charities. Pictured here are the School Student Council – who are also our Amber Flag Committee and the principal Mr McConigley with our new Amber Flag. The Amber Flag Committee really spearheaded the different initiatives. Well done everybody!
