We are incredibly proud of our 5th and 6th class choir who performed beautifully at the National Ploughing Championships today. Their outstanding behaviour, enthusiasm, and musicality are a credit to our school community.
It was both an honour and a privilege for our students and the school to perform on a national stage, in front of a large crowd – including none other than the President of Ireland himself, Michael D. Higgins! The excitement of the day is truly unforgettable for all involved.
A heartfelt thank you to all the children for their hard work and to the parents, guardians, family members, and wider school community for your ongoing support and encouragement.
A special word of thanks to Ms Killeen and Ms Dalton for preparing the choir so thoroughly – their commitment and guidance made this special performance possible.
